Data Deletion

You can delete your LoopDrop data at any time. This page explains how, and lets you confirm a deletion request started from a connected platform.
1. Delete a connected platform's data
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, we store an access token and basic account info to run the features you enabled. To delete that data:
- In LoopDrop, go to Dashboard → Settings → Connections and disconnect the platform — its tokens and posts are removed immediately.
- Or, in Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove LoopDrop. Meta then notifies us automatically and we delete the data we obtained for your account.
2. Delete your entire account
To permanently delete your LoopDrop account and all associated data — profile, beats, store, beat packs, leads, clips, social connections and analytics:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete account, or
- Email privacy@loopdrop.io from your account address with the subject "Delete my account".
3. What we delete and when
Deletion removes your personal data and access tokens from our database. Requests are processed promptly and completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax and payment records held by Stripe). Backups are purged on their normal rotation.
